Rare Coins -
The U.S. Mint reported the cost to produce one nickel soared to ten cents last year. A new bill introduced by the Senate this week would allow the U.S. Mint to alter the composition of newly minted coins.
The change in metals for new coins could save taxpayers tens of millions of dollars per year.
